Dependent sons and daughters of Laborers’ local unions affiliated with the State of Indiana District Council are eligible to apply for the Virgil E. and Charles R. Morris Scholarships. Dependent sons and daughters of construction management, whose employers contribute to the Indiana Laborers’ Training Trust Fund, may also apply. The deadline to apply is April 30. Contact your local Laborer’s union office for more information.
