Thanks to the generous and ongoing donations of its members, Indiana Construction Association (ICA) has two scholarship programs available to students pursuing a degree in the construction field. Eligible candidates must attend, or plan to attend, an Indiana college or university, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and intend to work in the construction industry in Indiana after graduation. The Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) manages both scholarship programs.
The Building Division – ICA Scholarship is available to students who have completed at least 60 credit hours in a four-year construction-related program (not a design-related program). Scholarships are limited, and awards may be up to $4,000 per academic year. Recipients must complete the application process each year to be considered for the scholarship.
The Highway, Heavy, and Utility Division – ICA Scholarship is available to students who are pursuing a degree related to the highway, bridge and/or the utility construction industry. Scholarships are limited, and awards may be up to $4,000 per academic year, renewable for up to three years (four years total) of undergraduate study, provided the student re-applies annually and remains qualified for the scholarship.
